What we look after

• Licences. The right plan for each person, no paying twice for tools you already have, and licensing normally passed through at cost.
• Set-up and moves. New Microsoft 365 set-ups, and moving email and files across from older systems with as little disruption as possible.
• Security settings. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) on every account, tidy admin access, old accounts removed and secure configuration, all of which Cyber Essentials expects.
• Backup. For our managed clients, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams data is backed up as standard.
• Day-to-day help. New starters and leavers, shared mailboxes, permissions, Teams channels, and the "where did that file go?" calls.
• Getting more from it. Shared files instead of email attachments, approvals that don't need chasing, and simple automation where it saves real time.
• Keeping up with changes. Microsoft updates its plans and prices from time to time, as it did in July 2026. We'll tell you what a change means for you, and whether newer tools such as Copilot are worth adding.

How it works

1. Review. We look at who has which licence, what's being used, how your security settings are configured, and where your data lives.
2. Secure the basics. MFA, admin accounts, old users and backup come first, because they matter most if something goes wrong.
3. Fix one real problem. We pick one pain point, such as chasing approvals, version confusion or not knowing who's doing what, and find the Microsoft 365 feature that solves it.
4. Support and review. Your team gets help through our helpdesk, and we review licences and settings as your business changes.

Pricing

Microsoft 365 support sits inside our fully managed IT. Fully managed IT support is from £85 per seat per month, with a £400 monthly minimum. Licensing and hardware are usually extra. Microsoft 365 licences are usually charged separately from the seat price and normally passed through at cost. One-off projects, such as a move from another email system, are quoted in advance. Microsoft 365 FAQs

Can you supply our Microsoft 365 licences? Yes. Licensing is normally passed through at cost and usually sits outside the monthly seat price, so you can see exactly what you're paying Microsoft.

Is our Microsoft 365 data backed up? For managed clients, yes. Backup for Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams is included as standard.

Do we really need MFA? Yes. It's one of the most effective protections for cloud accounts, and Cyber Essentials requires it on in-scope cloud services. Since April 2026, missing MFA on a cloud service is an automatic fail.

Are we on the right plan? We'll check each person's licence against how they actually work, flag anything you're paying for and not using, and recommend changes before you renew.

Can you help us use Teams and SharePoint properly? Yes. We start with one problem your team has right now and set up the feature that fixes it, rather than changing everything at once.
