20+ years in Suffolk · 200+ businesses supported · 99.9% uptime · 30-minute response to major incidents

One IT team for the whole county

Most Suffolk businesses don't need their own IT department. They need someone who answers the phone, knows their setup and stops problems coming back. We've done that job since our first business customer in 2005, who is still with us today.

We opened our first office in Stowmarket in 2008 and moved to Needham Market the same year. Today we're at Station Yard. Being in the middle of the county helps: the A14 puts Ipswich, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds within about half an hour of us, and most of Suffolk within an hour.

Who we work with

We support all kinds of businesses, and we know some sectors particularly well: legal firms, financial services, healthcare practices, architects and estate agents. In these firms, confidential data and uptime matter every day, and a regulator, insurer or client may ask to see your security in writing.

Why a local provider still matters

Most IT problems are fixed remotely, so why does location matter? Three reasons.

Clear pricing

Fully managed IT support starts from £85 per seat per month, with a £400 monthly minimum. That includes Cyber Essentials certification, email protection, managed detection and response, and device management. Hardware, major projects and software licensing (including Microsoft 365) usually sit outside the seat price. The full breakdown is on how we work.

Switching is easier than you think

Changing IT provider sounds like a big job. Most of it is planning, and we do the heavy lifting.

  1. Free assessment. We look at what you have, what's working and what's risky, and give you a straight answer.
  2. A clear plan. We agree what happens and when, including the handover from your current provider.
  3. A proper handover. We gather admin access and documentation, so your accounts and data stay under your control.
  4. Settling in. Your team gets one number to call, and we start on the quick wins from the assessment.

We never charge when someone leaves your business, and project work is always quoted in advance. Apart from the things we commit to on your behalf, such as licences and connectivity, we don't tie you into a long contract.

Questions Suffolk businesses ask us

Do you cover the whole of Suffolk? Yes. We support businesses from Lowestoft to Haverhill from our office in Needham Market. Most help is remote. For on-site work, see the drive times above.

How quickly do you respond? For major incidents, a senior engineer is working on the problem within 30 minutes. Our phones are staffed Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and we reply to emails and contact-form messages within two hours. Existing clients also have 24/7 emergency support.

How much does IT support cost? Fully managed support is from £85 per seat per month, with a £400 monthly minimum. For a 10-person business, that's about £850 a month before licensing and hardware.

Is Cyber Essentials included? Yes. Cyber Essentials certification is included in our fully managed support, and we hold it ourselves too. Our Cyber Essentials guide explains what's involved.
