What is VoIP? Voice over Internet Protocol. Calls travel over your internet connection rather than a traditional phone line, which makes it easier to answer the same number from the office, home or on the move.

Can we just use Microsoft Teams for calls? Often, yes. If your team already works in Microsoft 365, Teams calling can be a tidy option. We'll tell you honestly whether it suits you or whether a dedicated VoIP system is better.

Will our internet connection cope? That's the first thing we check. If it won't, we'll explain the options, from improving your broadband to a leased line, before you change anything.

Is VoIP included in the £85 per seat? No. Phone lines and internet connections are outside the managed IT seat price, and we quote them separately.

Do we have to sign a long contract? Our IT support has no long-term lock-in. Some services we arrange for you, such as broadband or leased lines, come with their own terms, and we'll be upfront about them.
