Most talk about AI for small businesses stops at "get ready for Copilot". AnyIT goes further. We design, build and run AI assistants and automations that do real work inside your processes, set up securely and looked after every month.
We run AnyIT this way ourselves, so we know what works day to day and what needs a person keeping an eye on it.

What managed AI means
Built around a real process. We start with a job your team does over and over, and design the system around it, rather than handing you a tool and hoping it gets used.
Set up securely. Access, approvals and records are designed in from day one, not bolted on later.
Run and supported. We monitor it, fix it when something changes, and your team has someone to call if something isn't right.
Improved over time. Part of every monthly fee is set aside to build enhancements, so your system keeps getting better instead of being built once and left.
What we've built
Some examples of AI systems we've built for businesses:
Managing online communities.
Workflows for assessing damage to machinery.
Site security, taking CCTV alerts and managing the response and the systems around them.
Automating product delivery and servicing for a business.
How we keep it secure
AI that can act in your business needs the same care as a new member of staff with access to your systems. Every system we build follows the same rules:
Only the access it needs. Each assistant is given the permissions its job requires and nothing more.
People stay in charge. Routine steps run automatically within set limits, and anything unusual or high-stakes goes to a person to decide.
Everything is logged. Every action is recorded and labelled, so you can see what happened and when.
No passwords in chats. Passwords and keys are never typed into a conversation with an assistant.
Your data stays yours. Data is kept in accounts your business owns.
Personal data handled properly. Where a system works with personal information, such as CCTV footage, we design it with UK GDPR in mind from the start.
Who it's for
Businesses with a repetitive process that eats hours every week: chasing, checking, sorting or re-typing information.
Teams that tried AI tools but found they didn't stick, because nobody fitted them to how the business actually works.
Any business, not just our IT clients. You don't need to have your IT support with us to use managed AI.
How it works
Free assessment. We look at how your team works and find the process where AI would save the most time or reduce the most risk.
Design. We agree what the system will do, what it can access, and where a person needs to decide.
Build and test. We build it, test it against real examples, and adjust it with your team.
Run and improve. We look after it every month, and use the enhancement budget to add the improvements you ask for.
Pricing
Managed AI is priced per month, with part of the monthly cost set aside to build future enhancements. We'll set out the cost clearly after the assessment, before you commit.
What's the difference between managed AI and buying Copilot?
Copilot is a tool your staff use. Managed AI is a system built around one of your processes, with the access, checks and support designed for it, and looked after every month.
Is it safe to let AI act in our business?
It can be, if it's set up properly. Each system only gets the access it needs, everything it does is logged, and anything unusual or high-stakes goes to a person.
Do we need to be an AnyIT managed IT client?
No. Managed AI is open to any business.
What happens after it's built?
We keep running and supporting it. Part of your monthly fee goes into an enhancement budget, so the system keeps improving as your business changes.
Where do we start?
With one process. We'd rather make one job noticeably easier than promise to change everything at once.
