Your Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
• First-line IT triage, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with hardware, software, and computers in general
• Supporting helpdesk engineers with various tasks
• Ensuring automated backups are completed daily
• Managing updates and making sure they are done as necessary

Our administrative team is at the heart of our service delivery. Therefore, we are looking for someone to assist in running our CRM system, telephone answering and other process-driven tasks. Your primary focus is reducing the time our technical team takes to solve customer queries.

1st Line IT Engineer  –  £24k

The successful candidate would have worked within and helpdesk for a few years and looking for a role that will allow them to expand their knowledge in turn diverse customer base. Should be hungry to learn at study, ideally focusing on an area to specialise. It is expected that this role will evolve and be involved in project work and more detailed helpdesk-based tasks.
